> Hello Chef, My name is Daniel and I speaking on behalf of my wife and I. You prepared our food for our wedding and first of all I just have to say thank you for the great food. My wife and I are both Chefs from NYC she is the Pastry Sous Chef at Gramercy Tavern and I am the station Tournant at Restaurant Daniel. I just have to say that everything was great. The passed hor d'oeuvres were great along with the presentation of the tables. The Parsnip soup was perfectly seasoned, sweet and presented nicely. The entrees came out timely and hot!! The short ribs were tender the and sauce was great. Along with the chicken, cooked great and moist. We both know what it is like being on the back end of banquets and having the FOH get all the thank you's. We just wanted to send our regards. Thank you for all the hard work from you and your team and keep up the great work.

> Hi Vinnie, Just wanted to commend you on a wonderfully presented and delicious tasting dinner my wife and I had on valentine’s day. The pickle point oysters were nice and fresh and served well chilled. The parsnip soup with the brioche croutons and awesome tasting bacon (tasted like nueske) was great as well and I loved how the bacon complimented the soup so well. Loving blood orange, the scallop ceviche was a knockout. The Nantucket scallops were like butter and all the other flavors worked really well together along with the purple potato chips. The risotto was nice and creamy, lobster tender and delicious and I think what was on top was some caramelized sun choke, which was perfect to round out the dish. Main course was awesome I loved how you did the strip loin. Did you split it down the middle after cleaning, tie it up and roast that way? The potato ricotta puree was very tasty and seasoned nicely. Have to say that James is a really awesome guy, easy to talk to and very accommodating.I think you and your team run a first class operation. Thank you for a wonderful night.
