Our "Barbecue and Music" nights are a delicious, fun way to spend the summer evenings for the entire family. Every Thursday night rain or shine from July 14th through August 11th 2011 The Garrison throws a party under the stars on its front lawn. A casual barbecue buffet (menu below) with all the trimmings is served from 6:00pm until 7:45pm. Music starts at 6:00pm. A different live band or DJ is featured each week, with music ranging from rock to blues and jazz.

July 28th : Cross Roads Band

August 4th : Class Action Band

August 11th : Platinum Entertainment (DJ)

Barbecue and Music is $25 per person, $ 12 for children 12 and under, children 2 and younger are free. To enjoy the music and dancing only (no barbecue) please come after 8:00pm ($10 cover charge). Neat, informal summer attire (shorts OK).

BBQ chicken with charred cippollini cous cous; grilled hot dogs with ketchup, mustard, kraut and relish; BBQ & smoked beef brisket; baby lettuce salad with sherry vinaigrette and baby carrots; baked beans with chorizo; heirloom tomato salad with feta, lemon cucumbers and red onions; grilled sweet corn; cookies and cakes.
