






Yoga
Yoga classes are operated by the Yoga Co-op at The Garrison, a community-based, group-run studio led by instructor Liz Schulman. Its mission is to provide high-quality, accessible yoga to the community as well as to inspire and encourage a movement towards honoring the sacred in everyday life. Through the art and science of yoga and its related work, the Yoga Co-op strives to help all those who study here feel good in their bodies, quiet their minds and reclaim their peace.
The Co-op teaches Vinyasa-style yoga classes, with emphasis on alignment and proper breathing. Pilates classes are also offered. Studio teachers are fully certified and all level of classes are available from beginner to active, as well as classes for children.
